We believe that every individual — regardless of physical, cognitive, sensory, or technological ability — has the right to access digital content equitably and without barriers.

2. Applicable Legal Framework
This Accessibility Statement is prepared in compliance with and acknowledgment of the following:

  • United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD), to which India is a signatory, recognising the right of persons with disabilities to participate in digital society.

3. Conformance Status
We aim to achieve conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 defines requirements for improving the accessibility of web content.
Our current conformance status is: Partially Conformant — meaning some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to resolve all known accessibility gaps.

4. Accessibility Features on This Website
We have implemented, or are in the process of implementing, the following accessibility features:
4.1 Perceivable

  • Text alternatives (alt text) for non-decorative images and graphics.

  • Adequate colour contrast ratios between foreground and background elements.

  • Content is not conveyed through colour alone.

  • Video and multimedia content is intended to include captions and transcripts where feasible.

4.2 Operable

  • All functionality is designed to be accessible via keyboard navigation.

  • Navigation menus include skip-navigation links to assist screen reader users.

  • No content is designed to flash or blink in a manner that may trigger photosensitive seizures.

  • Sufficient time is provided for users to read and interact with content.

4.3 Understandable

  • Language of each page is identified in the HTML code.

  • Navigation and labelling is consistent throughout the website.

  • Form fields include associated, descriptive labels.

  • Error messages in forms are clear and provide guidance on correction.

4.4 Robust

  • Our website is built using standard HTML/CSS and is compatible with major assistive technologies, including screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver.

  • We endeavour to ensure compatibility with current and future assistive technologies.

5. Known Limitations and Non-Conformances
Despite our best efforts, some areas of our website may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Known limitations include:

  • Third-Party Embeds: Certain third-party content (including social media widgets and embedded videos) may not fully conform to accessibility standards. We are working with platform providers to address these issues.

  • PDF and Document Downloads: Some downloadable files may not yet be fully accessible. We are working to remediate these documents.

  • Legacy Portfolio Content: Some older portfolio images and media content may lack complete alternative text or captions.

We are committed to remedying these limitations in a timely and phased manner.
